Since school is almost here, I wanted to do the back to school tag 2011!

1.  What are you excited and/or nervous for this year? I am going to a new school, so I'm nervous about not knowing anyone, but excited to meet new people and have a good time!
2.  What's your favorite part of getting ready for back to school? Back to School Shopping!
3.  What grade were you in when you first started wearing makeup to school? Around 7th grade.
4.  Where or from whom do you like getting inspiration for back to school trends & styles? Seventeen magazine, youtube, and my friends!
5. What are your favorite upcoming "back to school"/fall trends for this year? I'm not sure, I like to mix it up: Girly, edgy, and then tribal and boho!
6. Where do you like to go shopping for back to school supplies? Target :)
7. What are your favorite stores to go back to school shopping? Forever 21,  H&M, and B.P!
8. Will you be carrying a backpack or a purse to school this year? Which do you prefer? Both- Backpack to carry things to and from school, and a tote around campus.
9.  What are 3 non-beauty essentials you HAVE to carry in your backpack/purse? Books, phone, and pen & pad of paper.
10. What are 3-4 beauty essentials that you HAVE to carry in you backpack/purse? Powder, lipgloss/chapstick and oil blotting sheets.

Toning Tip: Water (And Diamonds!) Are A Girl's Best Friend!

How much water do you drink a day? Probably not enough. It is said that we need to drink approximately 8 glasses of water a day. Drinking water helps slim your waistline, gives you a clearer skin, and boosts your energy. One tip: drink water before you eat. Sometimes we confuse ourselves with thirst and hunger, and we end up eating when we should be drinking. This also controls bingeing (an eating disorder where you are constantly snacking and over eating). If your not a big fan of water, they have natural drinks with splashes of fun flavors (strawberry and lemon!), that contain mostly water but are more tasty!
Let's all drink water every day and continue on to clearer skin and a healthier you!

Review: Skintimate Shave Products

I recently picked up Skintimate Shave Products. I thought I should do a review on these and share my thoughts on them!

Out of all the different types of Skintimate products, this group would be the most average. This group consists of a gel formula. They work amazing, but do not specialize in anything. I picked up the Raspberry one (Pink), and I absolutely loved it! It made my legs smooth and gorgeous! Plus, it smelt really nice! Some creams and gels leave irritation bumps on my legs, which I hate. This product not only did not give me those bumps, but fixed and removed the bumps from the previous product used! This is fairly inexpensive (around $2). I've used it for 3 weeks, and still have tons left!  

 This is the more specialized group of products. This group consists of a gel formula. This is the 'Skin Therapy' group. There are 3 products in the group that are meant to work or fix what you need for your skin. The pink one is for dry skin. This gives touchably smooth skin, and protects against cuts. It gives moisture and a smooth shave. The blue one (middle product) helps by keeping your skin smooth and healthy. It creates a baby soft finish. The last one (green), is made for sensitive skin. This is for skin that irritates quickly and breaks out into rashes. This has a formula that fixes rashes and prevents from getting them.

This is the moisturizing cream shave. This is basically like the Skin Therapy group, except it's in cream form. This gives the luxurious shave you want. It has great results that are sleek and sensational. The first one (pink), is made for dry skin. It is instantly softer and hydrated. The second one (green) is for extra gentle skin. It gives a cushion of moisture and protection. The last one (blue) specializes in revitalizing your skin. It leaves your skin silky smooth, and revitalized.

I love this line of shave gels and creams. This is definitely my favorite type! I recommend it to everyone to try out. They have so many different types, scents, textures, and range to help many different skin types. Overall, this product deserves an A!

Toning Tip: Fruit First

Today I wanted to write another Toning Tip post. During the summer, I don't want to snack on heavy foods. I love fruit, especially during the summer. It's really easy and light. I am a big fan of fruit-- there are so many to choose from and they taste amazing! Fruit also fills you up. I love making fruit salads because I can make a big bowl of all my favorite fruits that taste amazing and are good for you!

I really suggest eating up as much fruit as possible. They have natural sugars and are really good for you. I really hope you enjoy<3

Sally Beauty Supply Haul

I've always wanted to check out Sally Beauty Supply, and today when I was shopping, I saw one and I totally had to go in. I wanted to check it out, and see what they had. I only got a couple of items, but I wanted to haul it!

The first thing I got was a navy gel eyeliner from Femme Couture.  This is my first gel eyeliner, and I wanted to try it out. I wanted a navy because I wanted something close to black, but lighter. This is originally $5.99, but I got it on sale for $1.99! The next thing I got was some nail art stickers. I love adding these to my toes! They are really easy to apply, and last a long time! Mine have little hearts on them! This was $2.99. I also got an overnight lash treatment. This will lengthen and strengthen your lashes overnight! This was also $2.99! I also bought Orly's nail polish in Frisky. This is a really pretty aqua/tiffany blue. This was $5.49. The last thing I bought was some pencil eyeliners. It was buy two, get one free, so I went with the deal. It was $1.79 each. I got one in black, and two in white.
