- This workout is a total of 15 minutes, and it goes by really fast!
- No equipment needed (but can be added)
- Tones entire body while adding some cardio
- Easy to do anywhere
- Can fit it into a busy day
- Beginner/First Time: go through once
- Intermediate: Go through twice
- Expert: Go through three-four times
- Drink lots of H2O to stay hydrated!!
I do something similar to this and trust me, it goes a long way!
