Toning Tip: 5.4.3.2.1 Workout

Hey Everyone! Today I'm sharing a new workout I found called the 5-4-3-2-1 Workout. You can view the webpage that it is from here. Take a look: 

What's to love? 
  • This workout is a total of 15 minutes, and it goes by really fast! 
  • No equipment needed (but can be added) 
  • Tones entire body while adding some cardio 
  • Easy to do anywhere
  • Can fit it into a busy day
TIPS: 
  • Beginner/First Time: go through once
  • Intermediate: Go through twice
  • Expert: Go through three-four times 
  • Drink lots of H2O to stay hydrated!!
