Benefit: Feelin' Cheeky Review

At my most recent trip to the mall, I picked up the Benefit Feelin' Cheeky set from Sephora. This set comes with Benefits most popular cheek/lip stains and highlighters: Posie Tint, HighBeam, and Benetint. I got this set for $15. This is a steal because the single version of these products runs at about $28-$29 for around 0.4 fluid ounces. This is a great deal because you're getting 0.13 fluid ounces of each product! They last forever and you only need one drop to give you the perfect lip/cheek/or highlight.

This is what the 3 products look like. As for formula, High Beam has the thickest, and Benetint has the most liquid formula. Posie Tint has a medium formula. I love High Beam for highlighting, because It gives a highlighted glow, and not sparkles. Most highlighters have sparkles in then, which can get distracting. I like how High Beam gives a natural glow that shines (in a good way!) when the light hits it. As for the cheek/lip stains, Posie Tint is better for cheeks, and Benetint is better for lips. Since Posie Tint is more think, I find that it blends better on cheeks. Benetint is definitely liquid, so it gives a nice stain to your lips. When I tried using Benetint on my cheeks, the color pay off was horrible. It didn't blend nicely on my skin, and if you don't start blending immediately, it leaves spot marks on your skin. I definitely suggest using Benetint on lips, and Posie Tint on cheeks, because that's where they look best.
Overall, this deserves ***** stars! I'm so glad I got it and for $15, I think everyone should try it out. The products are amazing and work great once you try them. I use them everyday, but, they last forever!

  1. Actually, I have the opposite problem with the Posietint and Benetint. Usually the Posietint doesn't give me good color payoff and leaves me with stain spots where as with Benetint I get great color pay off and no stain spots.

  2. I do like be benetint and it is pigmented, but I find that it can get washed out. I just think that posietint is more pigmented and blends best on your cheeks. Benetint is still pigmented, I just find that it works best on lips.

  4. i really think this product is personal preference. I prefer a type of cheek look that might me different from others. I find that some things work for me that work differently for other people. I like them both for cheeks and both for lips, I just find they look best on me in certain spots.
