Toning Tip: Water (And Diamonds!) Are A Girl's Best Friend!


How much water do you drink a day? Probably not enough. It is said that we need to drink approximately 8 glasses of water a day. Drinking water helps slim your waistline, gives you a clearer skin, and boosts your energy. One tip: drink water before you eat. Sometimes we confuse ourselves with thirst and hunger, and we end up eating when we should be drinking. This also controls bingeing (an eating disorder where you are constantly snacking and over eating). If your not a big fan of water, they have natural drinks with splashes of fun flavors (strawberry and lemon!), that contain mostly water but are more tasty!
Let's all drink water every day and continue on to clearer skin and a healthier you!

  1. Eh, this is so applicable to me; I never drink water, I get all my liquids from food :P

  2. Hahaha! You can still get your liquids from foods, but at least try to drink water everyday. I'm not saying 8 glasses at first, but at least try. It will make you feel better and look energized!
