Celebrate Daylight Savings: Exercises You Can Do In Your "Extra" Hour

Other than more sleep, what are you doing with your extra hour? Here are some ideas: 

  Take a (fast-paced) Yoga Class and burn up to 400 calories! 

 An hour of laps can burn 550 calories! 

Go for a (fast-paced) long walk and burn up to 250 calories. 

Try a dance or cardio class and blast 500 calories!
