What was I for Halloween?

I'm sorry that there was a lack of Halloween tutorials. I didn't even know my makeup routine for Halloween until I started getting ready! I was Minnie Mouse for Halloween. I decked out with the ears, and polka dots! I thought I would share a picture so you could see how I pulled it off. 

 Ears- Spirit Halloween
Black Cardigan- BP Nordstroms
White Jacket- Juicy Couture
Red Skirt- Target
Tights- Target 
Shoes (not pictured)- White Vans

The only thing I had to purchase were the ears, skirt, and tights. They were fairly inexpensive and I think this is definitely a money-savvy idea!
